I would like to know - Where does Mr. Costa live, in a beautiful house with lots of food and creature comforts?, or has he experienced life on a bench with no food, no bed, no comforts... Where did his beautiful suit come from, no doubt some famous designer, not GoodWill, or Value Village, or the bin at the shelter... as soon as this gentleman can walk the walk or talk the talk of an experienced drug user then and only then will I validate his A for abstinence!
