The drug topic is one topic that is and always will be there. You cant get over it, because whatever laws you make people still use it, sell it, deal with drugs. Its addictiveness makes drugs a perfect merchandise, people need food and water and many people need drugs that much. So if there is a demand for it, it ll always be there whatever you do.
