I totally agree with your opinion on that. I was there too, I saw how people applauded his speech.I also admired the courage of him chewing coca leaf and defying UNODC to arrest him, as for the conventions he should be considered a criminal. But what else could us expect from a populist governor? Like Chaves in Venezuela, he is steeping the backward trek to democracy,and what would be more compliant to that, than ending his speech saying that the war on drugs should continue? (as long as it's not on his backyard, right?!) Congratulations once again for the excellent quality of the video!
