It is a good clip. Though it appears, the participants were not well organized.The lady with the red scarf did not seem to know exactly the place where the flowers should be laid. Otherwise the spirit is quite genuine, somehow it inspires some of us, here in Manipur, North-East India, where our government never ever concerns for framing or endorsing a drug policy, though the entire region has been affecting by using and smuggling in both licit and illicit drugs for the last 30 years or so. Thank you.
