We've been investing billions annually to fight the drug trade, and so far it's a losing battle. I think the better approach is to understand people's need for it. And to potentially legalize, tax and regulate it in a manner that is safe to end users while also generating income to be used to fund charitable organizations and alleviation of social/societal structure problems. By continuing to just battle them through raids and reactive measures it wastes money and resources. We need to be globally proactive. http://freetubetv.net
