This video was filmed at the Stop the Global War on Drugs demonstration and press conference organized by HCLU in cooperation with INPUD, ENCOD, Youth RISE and SSDP in front of the UN building in Vienna at the opening day of the UN CND High Level Segment on the 12th of March.
