A Heroin User in Stockholm

An HCLU film on why there is still no needle exchange program in the city of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, while according to a recent study, the prevalence of Hepatitis C among injecting users is 85%? As it is said in the film, Sweden is always a champion of human rights when its about other countries, but not, when it comes to their drug users or sex workers. The film is made in cooperation with the Swedish Drug Users Union.
