The Online Video Award for best documentary in Hungary was given to the Rights Reporter Foundation by Kreativ.hu
Our film “A Day in the Life: The World of Humans Who Use Drugs” takes us through one day in the life of eight people, from seven cities, in seven different countries of the world. It strives to challenge our common myths and preconceptions about drugs and the people who use them. It gives a voice to those representing one of the most marginalised communities of our world, to tell stories untold about hate, love, suffering, and happiness.
The film was produced by the Rights Reporter Foundation, in cooperation with our Drugreporter Video Network Members, activists, and people who use drugs around the world. This award is a great reward for their work.
This is the 9th year of the award, which is given out by Kreativ Magazine. The aim of the prize is to identify the best online audiovisual content in Hungary.
