The Rights Reporter Foundation and Harm Reduction International welcomes entries to the Film Festival at the 26th Harm Reduction International Conference! The deadline is extended to March 13, 2019 (11:59 pm CET)<\/span><\/p>\n

The Film Festival will provide an opportunity for participants to watch and discuss thought-provoking films about harm reduction and drug policies produced by film makers and activists from all over the world.<\/p>\n

We are now accepting submissions to the Festival for screening. The<\/strong> deadline for applications is Friday March 8, 2019 (11:59pm CET)<\/strong>. To enter, fill out this simple form here\u00a0<\/a>and send it to rightsreporter(at)rightsreporter.net!<\/p>\n

\u2022 No entry fee for applications
\n\u2022 Entry forms must be completed in English
\n\u2022 Production dates must be between May 2017 and March 2019
\n\u2022 A separate application must be made for each film
\n\u2022 Films that have already been presented at earlier events and published online ARE eligible<\/p>\n

The best films will be selected for screening at HR19 by the Rights Reporter Foundation and Harm Reduction International, based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n

\u2022 The film\u2019s message shall promote the philosophy and practice of harm reduction
\n\u2022 The film shall exhibit sensitivity to the human rights of people who use drugs
\n\u2022 The quality of the movie
\n\u2022 The creativity of the production<\/p>\n
