Before even closing one year, the DCR&#8217;s function is suspended and its staff is being charged for participation in illegal activity. Now, Athens is deprived of one of the most significant harm reduction facilities that could minimize deaths, infections, crime, social exposure and drug litter, following the wisdom of many developed countries across the world.
