During the Psychedelic Science conference in June 2025, Drugreporter visited ETC Hospitality in Golden, Colorado \u2014 a newly licensed natural medicine healing center \u2014 to see how psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy will be practiced in real-world settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dcW-QH-X0tM\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Colorado, the regulated use of psilocybin falls under the state\u2019s Natural Medicine framework, which was established following the approval of Proposition 122 in 2022. The system allows adults to access psilocybin and other natural medicines exclusively in licensed healing centers, where substances are administered in supervised, non-commercial therapeutic settings. Personal sales remain prohibited, and all facilitators must complete state-approved training and certification.
