The Drugreporter video advocacy team attended the international harm reduction conference in Vilnius – we filmed key sessions and interviewed several people about how they see state of the harm reduction movement in 2013. Learn how harm reduction programs are fighting for survival in a time of financial austerity, what does the former president of Poland and Switzerland think about the war on drugs and why harm reduction should move beyond public health.<\/p>\n
