Bill Clinton calls for harm reduction

I have been furious with Clinton for a long time as a result of how he jacked the Drug War up in the US when he was President. Hillary just recently made some absurd statements on the 'legalization' question while in Drug War-torn Mexico.I must say, however, that Bill's comments in this video were very encouraging. It's light-years away from exonerating him for all the harm he caused as President but it is very welcome, nevertheless.
