Recently the police even built a wall to block the users from the rest of society. This new documentary explores the history of crack in Paris, and amplifies the voices of experts and residents who call for a better solution: safe crack consumption rooms.

How Will Germany Regulate the Legal Cannabis Market?
The new German coalition government has announced its intention to legalise the use of cannabis and to create a strict regulatory system for the recreational cannabis market. The animation features original audio interviews with Kostya and his mother Irina, and aims to commemorate Kostya and many others who have not survived prisons around the world.
