Film Festival Call for Submissions

July 8, 2015 | Author: Péter Sárosi

The Indivor International Harm Reduction Film Festival 2015 will be a highlight of  the  24th International Harm Reduction Conference  to take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Since 2010, the Festival has been concurrently run for the general public.

The festival screens documentaries, advocacy films, training videos, and fictional work relevant to reducing drug and alcohol related harms. Films shown at the event have subsequently been used for advocacy purposes in many countries, and are both engaging and varied in content.

Thought provoking and informative, the films to be screened at the Invidor International Harm Reduction Film Festival 2015 promise to evoke discussion and debate among viewers before, during and after the conference. Harm Reduction International and the Malaysian AIDS Council along with sponsors Invidor are thrilled to present a film festival of such quality and excellence to coincide with the IHRC 2015.

We are now calling for submissions.
We are interested to know if you think you will be attending the conference. Please mark the appropriate box when filling out the submission form.
All films must:
Be in English or have English subtitles
Be in DVD, Video (DHS or PAL)

If you are interested in submitting the film please go here to download the application form and details on the submission process.

All submissions will be subject to review by a panel and are not guaranteed to be screened.

All films must be submitted together with a hard copy and an electronic copy of the submission form by Friday August 14th 2015.
