We strongly recommend you to visit the so called "Besedka" – a satelite event of the conference, a discussion forum organized by NGOs. Click here to download its program!

HCLU is a member of the Eurasian Harm Reduction Network (EHRN), an umbrella organization that promotes harm reduction in Central- Eastern Europe and Central-Asia. EHRN will organize several sessions at the conference, these events will highlight important issues. Have a look at the EHRN events!

The Exhibition hall will present several exciting civil society initiatives – this provides excellent opportunity for you to interview professionals and activists working on the streets of Russia and give some human faces and stories to your report.
